White Sangria to start the New Year

  • altalt

I have to share my mom's WHITE SANGRIA recipe with you (not just because Greg Barnett asked me to) - she's been making it for years and it's refreshing and delish!

    White Sangria

    • 1 bottle of Freixenet (sparkling wine or good champagne)
    • 1 can of sprite
    • 2 oz of Cointreau
    • 2 oz of good cognac or brandy
    • white, yellow and green fruits (kiwi usually adds a great kick and apples and pears are a must)

You can adjust ingredients depending on your sweet/tart tooth.  This is a recipe that not only tastes great, but impresses the pickiest of guests because it's pretty....seriously!

    Cheers from Miamism!
