The brewery, located in Downtown LA Arts District, is the oldest microbrewery in all
of Southern California. Christened in 1988 and fabricated in Munich by master fabricator Henrick Pentalsky at Anlagen Brauerie Technische, It was state of the art German brewery design featuring decoction brewing and 15,000 hectoliter capacity.
